Call Centre Lawyer / Advocate

Must be enrolled Advocates in the High Court and Sindh Bar Council with at least 2-3 years of practice & experience in Family, Property, Civil, Corporate, Criminal law matters are required for the purposes of providing legal advisory services.
Candidate must possess good knowledge of the Civil and Criminal Procedures and relevant laws, i.e. the Pakistan Penal Code, Control of Narcotics Substances Act, Muslim Family Law Ordinance, 1961, Dissolution of Muslim Marriages Act, 1939, Rent Restriction Acts, Property Laws, Companies Ordinance, 1984, etc.
Candidate must possess excellent Verbal Communication, Phone Skills, Listening, Data Entry Skills, People Skills, Customer Service, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Multi-tasking.
Must be able to conduct expeditious legal research to answer legal query as fast as possible.
Must be able to communicate in English and Urdu.
Ability to work well in a team.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)

Receiving incoming calls and doing outbound calls in a polite manner.
Listening patiently to the caller’s problem(s).
Reading and responding to messages on the app and other digital media channels.
Asking and recording the details in the Legal Case Management System.
Using appropriate ways to communicate with the caller with different behavior patterns.
Using expeditious legal research provide an appropriate legal solution to the caller as per the laws of Pakistan.
Making outgoing follow up calls in order to get further clarifications or for advising the caller with a solution.
Participating in research activities
Participating in collecting feed backs from the earlier callers.
Participating in the public awareness programs/events/talk shows
Any other duties/responsibilities assigned

Handle court cases related to family, civil, corporate, tax, IP, cyber crime
Handle all our company's legal transactions, partnerships, projects.
Handle all matters pertaining to employees.
Handle all matters pertaining to law enforcement agencies
Handle all matters pertaining to clients and contracts.
Prepare and send legal notices
Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings.
Evaluate new business partnerships
Represent the company in legal proceedings.
Design and oversee the company's policy and position on legal matters.
Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.
Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.
Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
Any other responsibilities assigned.
